This show will mark a year since Lone Shark's first event and we plan to celebrate in style!
Not only have we got another ridiculously jam-packed line-up of great new music, but there'll also be much more entertaining antics in celebration of our birthday!

Martin Grech (acoustic set)
Martin is one of the most exciting and dynamic live performers around, and one of the most impressive voices in rock. Those of you who came to the full band gig in September will know how ferociously powerful he can be, but this gig will showcase the beautifully fragile side of his music.
Obvious comparisons would be Jeff Buckley (Martin recently played at a Jeff Buckley tribute concert alongside Ed Harcourt, Jamie Cullum etc), Radiohead and Muse (who he supported at Wembley)... though much wider influences are apparent.
His best known song (Open Heart Zoo) was the hauntingly melodic, almost operatic song used on a Lexus advert.
We're very chuffed and excited about this having seen Martin about 6 times (both electric & acoustic) and been blown away every time - truly stunning!

Worry Dolls are a female duo with great acoustic songs and beautiful vocal harmonies earning them fans across the SouthWest. Performed a fantastic set at Lone Shark's last show; Music:Response.

Mad Library are an instrumental 4-piece making acid-jazz-rock-funky-hiphop-blues-grooves. Despite a lack of guitars or vocals, Mad Library have surprised many with their versatility, accessibility and booty-shakin'-ability and recently reached the Singles Club final.

Lloyd Williams is an excellent upcoming singer-songwriter. Lloyd impressed the crowd at Martin Grech's September gig with his unscheduled performance, and is likely to do the same again with his ace songs complimented by a passionately warm voice.
